Refund Policy

Credit-Based Refunds
Clickdrop operates on a credit-based system. When a generation fails or produces a broken result, you can request a credit refund through our in-app Complaints system. Refunds are issued as credits back to your account, not as monetary refunds.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Credit refunds may be approved for the following situations:
- Failed generations: The generation encountered an error, produced a blank image, or crashed during processing
- Broken or corrupted results: The output contains visual glitches, artifacts, or the product is unrecognizable
- Unrealistic results: The generation did not follow the selected template properly, producing an unusable result
How to Request a Refund
- Navigate to the Complaints page from the sidebar or More menu
- Select the issue type that best describes the problem
- Choose the specific generation image from your gallery
- Provide a brief description of what went wrong
- Submit your complaint for review
Review Process
All complaints are reviewed by our team within 24–48 hours. You can check the status of your complaint on the Complaints page. Each complaint will be marked as:
- Pending: Your complaint is being reviewed
- Approved: Credits have been refunded to your account
- Rejected: The complaint did not meet refund criteria (a reason will be provided)
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Credit refunds are generally not provided for:
- Results that are technically correct but do not match your creative vision
- Low-quality source images that lead to lower-quality outputs
- Duplicate complaints for the same generation
- Complaints submitted more than 30 days after the generation
No Monetary Refunds
All refunds are issued as credits back to your Clickdrop account. We do not offer monetary refunds on credit purchases.
