Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Clickdrop, an AI product-photography service operated as an individual creator business based in Indonesia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Clickdrop. Read these together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Clickdrop is an AI product-photography service. You upload a product photo, select a template, and Clickdrop generates professional, studio-quality alternatives using AI. Clickdrop handles the AI generation process internally: users do not write prompts or direct the AI models directly. Users are responsible for the product photos they upload and how they use the generated results.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Clickdrop account and use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to make any purchase, including buying credits or upgrading to Pro.

By creating an account, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use Clickdrop with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Clickdrop does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn a user under 13 has created an account, the account will be terminated and associated data deleted. To report such an account, email clickdropcorp@gmail.com.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. Closing your account will trigger deletion of your uploaded and generated images from our storage providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. Any unused credits at the time of account closure are forfeited. If you wish to request a refund for a credit purchase under the Refund Policy, you must do so before closing your account. Once your account is closed, credits cannot be refunded.

Clickdrop operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits, and generating images consumes credits at rates displayed in the service. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; by making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s terms and privacy policy.

Credit expiry

Credits do not expire. They remain in your account until used, until your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, or until Clickdrop discontinues the service as described below.

Pricing

Credit prices and the number of credits required for each action are displayed in the service and may change from time to time. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased; existing credits retain their purchasing power for the actions available when you use them.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. In general: cash refunds for a credit purchase are available within 14 days of purchase only if none of the credits from that purchase have been used; any usage of credits from a purchase voids refund eligibility for that purchase. Credit refunds are available for failed or errored generations within 7 days on admin review. No refunds are issued once credits have been used.

Your uploads

You retain all rights to what you upload. You grant Clickdrop a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and transmit your uploads solely to provide the service to you — including running them through our AI pipeline and returning results. Clickdrop does not use your uploads for marketing, does not sublicense them beyond the processors described in our Privacy Policy, and does not use them to train AI models.

Your generated images

You own the images you generate through Clickdrop. To the extent Clickdrop has any rights in generated images, Clickdrop assigns those rights to you. You are free to use your generated images for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, without obligation to Clickdrop.

You grant Clickdrop a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and transmit your generated images solely to provide the service to you — showing them in your gallery, delivering them to you, and including them in operational backups. This license is purely operational: no marketing rights, no sublicensing, no AI training.

Note: under the law of many jurisdictions, purely AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection. Clickdrop makes no representation about whether any particular generated image is copyrightable in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited content and conduct

You agree not to use Clickdrop to upload, generate, distribute, or otherwise handle content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Zero tolerance: accounts are terminated immediately and reported to authorities where required by law;
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfake nudity or similar content depicting identifiable individuals without their consent;
• Depicts identifiable real people without their consent, including for impersonation, false endorsement, or harassment;
• Infringes trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights;
• Is used for deceptive commercial purposes that violate consumer protection law;
• Constitutes hate speech or promotes violence or hatred against protected groups;
• Contains malware, or attempts to hack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer Clickdrop or its infrastructure.

Upload restrictions

You also agree not to upload product photos you do not have the right to use — including counterfeits, photos taken from third parties without permission, photos containing others’ trademarks or copyrighted material, or photos of identifiable people without consent.

Clickdrop-specific restrictions

You also agree not to:

• Resell or repackage Clickdrop’s generation capacity, directly or indirectly, including building competing product-photography services on top of Clickdrop credits;
• Circumvent, exploit, or defeat the credit system — including bad-faith chargebacks, bug-exploits that generate images without proper credit deduction, or fraudulent refund claims;
• Access Clickdrop through automated means (scripts, bots, scrapers, or programmatic API calls) outside features that Clickdrop explicitly offers. If Clickdrop launches an official API in the future, use of that API is permitted under its own terms.

Enforcement

Clickdrop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, at its discretion. Clickdrop may preserve evidence and cooperate with authorities where required by law, including for mandatory CSAM reporting.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for your use of the generated images. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for anything you upload, and for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable law.

Clickdrop generates prompts and directs the AI models internally based on your uploaded content and selected templates; you do not provide prompts directly. Clickdrop does not review, endorse, or verify user-uploaded content or generated outputs, and disclaims all liability for how users use the service.

AI-generated images may contain errors, artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected elements. Clickdrop does not guarantee that generated images will accurately represent your product, will be suitable for any particular purpose, or will be free of visual defects.

You are solely responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing them or using them commercially. Do not publish or commercially deploy generated images without first confirming they accurately represent your product. Clickdrop is not responsible for consequences of using generated images that misrepresent a product, mislead others, or fail to meet the requirements of any platform on which you publish them.

Termination by you

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. Refund requests for a credit purchase must be submitted before closing your account, in accordance with the Refund Policy. Credits remaining in your account at the time of closure are forfeited and cannot be recovered.

Termination by Clickdrop for violation

Clickdrop may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

For serious violations — including illegal content, CSAM, non-consensual imagery, fraud, chargebacks made in bad faith, or attempts to harm Clickdrop’s infrastructure — termination may occur immediately and without notice.

For other violations, Clickdrop may provide notice and an opportunity to cure the violation before terminating. Whether to provide notice for any particular case is at Clickdrop’s discretion.

Upon termination for violation of these Terms, any unused credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued. This reflects the seriousness of the violations that lead to termination and the costs Clickdrop incurs from abuse.

Termination by Clickdrop without cause

Clickdrop may also terminate accounts or discontinue the service at its discretion for reasons unrelated to violations, including service discontinuation, significant business changes, or the closure of Clickdrop as a business.

If Clickdrop discontinues the service entirely, Clickdrop will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice by email to the address on file and by prominent notice on the Clickdrop website. Following such notice, you have sixty (60) days to request a pro-rata refund of any unused credits by contacting Clickdrop support. Refund requests submitted after that sixty (60) day window will not be honored, and any remaining credits will be forfeited.

Clickdrop is not responsible for refund requests that cannot be processed due to invalid payment information, closed payment accounts, or unreachable contact information on file. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

Service availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Clickdrop does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Clickdrop is not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or unavailability, and no refunds or credits will be issued for such events, except at Clickdrop’s sole discretion. Clickdrop may perform planned or unplanned maintenance at any time.

Warranties and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clickdrop provides the service without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, and specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. Clickdrop makes no warranty as to the accuracy, quality, reliability, availability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You use the service and any generated content at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clickdrop’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the service — whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory — is limited to the total amount you paid to Clickdrop in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clickdrop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if Clickdrop was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clickdrop, its operator, and its agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the service or generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants you mandatory rights to bring claims in your local courts under your local consumer protection law, nothing in this section limits those rights. You may bring claims either in your country of residence or in Jakarta, Indonesia, at your choice.

You and Clickdrop agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis. Class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are not permitted, to the maximum extent enforceable under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

Clickdrop may update these Terms from time to time. Non-material changes (clarifications, typo corrections, formatting) take effect immediately upon posting.

For material changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations, Clickdrop will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice by email to the address on file and by prominent notice on the Clickdrop website. The “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms will reflect the effective date of the most recent version.

Your continued use of Clickdrop after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account at any time from the Settings page before the effective date.

General terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clickdrop regarding the service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Clickdrop’s failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without Clickdrop’s prior written consent. Clickdrop may assign these Terms in connection with a business transition, including the future incorporation of Clickdrop as a legal entity.
