By accessing or using Clickdrop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clickdrop is an AI-powered product photography platform that allows users to generate, edit, and enhance product images. The Service includes image generation, background removal, and other AI-based photo editing tools.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time top-ups and are non-transferable. Credits do not expire. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Upload malicious files or content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. Images generated by the Service are owned by you and may be used for any lawful commercial or personal purpose. Clickdrop retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, algorithms, and branding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clickdrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
